A valued board member and the Associate Director for Online Learning at Mercy Education. She works closely with school administrators and boards to support mission and governance efforts. With over 30 years of experience in Catholic elementary education, she has served as a teacher, curriculum director, vice-principal, and principal.

Nell holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University and a Master’s in Elementary Education from Cabrini College. She also completed principal certification through the Archdiocesan Administrator’s Academy.

Throughout her career, Nell has remained dedicated to improving education and supporting students’ development, reflecting her strong commitment to Catholic education.
