Miguel Garcia is an attorney and legal advisor for specializing in criminal cases, immigration and family immigration for his law firm Miguel Garcia PLLC. Miguel also provides defense for Federally appointed cases through his involvement with the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Western District of Oklahoma. 

Miguel is a Texas A&M graduate who is currently involved in roles through the Governor’s Hispanic Initiative Committee, The University of Oklahoma College of Law Diversity Committee, Oklahoma City Federal Bar Association Board of Directors and the Oklahoma  County Bar Association Board of Directors.
